Shipping Integration
Extending the functionality of our Shipping module, Avanti has developed interfaces to the major shipper systems including UPS World Ship, FedEx, and Purolator. Implementing this shipping integration module completely eliminates the time and effort in re-keying tedious shipping information into a separate freight system and helps reduce the possibility of costly data entry errors.
Highlights include:
- Customer ship-to data is seamlessly passed from Avanti directly to your shipping system of choice, where all appropriate shipping documents are then created.
- UPS or FedEx systems automatically transfer back tracking numbers and all costing information to Avanti.
- Integration to Avanti eAccess allows customers to track the status of their shipments online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- End of day reporting including: updated packing slip information with total freight costs, the selected service type (Ship Via) and the total number of packages / packing slip numbers created throughout the day.
