International Avanti User Group Conference
Registration Form

 

Early Bird Registration for the 3 day conference is $795.

Conference days – 3 days:
Wednesday May 30
Thursday May 31
Friday June 1

In the event that you cannot attend the full conference, please contact Chantelle Bani to discuss options at cbani@avantisystems.com.

Group Registration:

To register 3 or more individuals, the registration cost per person is $750 USD. Once you have filled
out and submitted the form, you will be contacted by an Avanti representative for the names of the
members of your Group.

*Conference registrations are transferrable. If an individual can no longer attend, they need to email Chantelle Bani with the name of the individual that will take their place 2 weeks prior to the event date.

**Please note, spouses/partners are more than welcome to join us for the evening networking events.
An additional fee will be charged for that individual and can be paid on-site. For booking purposes, please email cbani@avantisystems.com
with the full name of the individual that will be attending.

***Hotel registration is not included in the conference registration rate and must be paid
and booked separately at the Hotel Del Coronado under the Group Room Block: Avanti Systems to receive the
discounted rate.

Accomodation Information:

Book your hotel room by contacting The Hotel Del Coronado at 800-468-3533 and reference the program name: Avanti Systems to receive the User Group discounted room rate of $229/night. Click on this link for the hotel website.

Payment Details:

Payment must be made in full by certified cheque by Monday April 30, 2012 to Avanti c/o Darwin Mallari (dmallari@avantisystems.com) at:

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be provided for any cancellation received before April 6th by contacting Chantelle Bani
via email at cbani@avantisystems.com.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 6th, 2012 or for failure to attend the
conference. The registrant will remain responsible for any outstanding payments due.
