Avanti CRM integration with Microsoft Outlook enhances sales
effectiveness
PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 20, 2010 – Avanti Computer Systems Limited, a leading
provider of Print MIS and Web-to-Print solutions has been recognized at this year’s ON
DEMAND Conference & Exposition with the Best of Show award in the Print MIS/ERP
category. Avanti’s CRM module was selected for its recently announced integration with
Microsoft Outlook to enhance the productivity of the print shop’s sales team.
InfoTrends, a leading market research and consulting firm in the digital imaging and
document solutions industry, partnered with the ON DEMAND Conference & Exposition
to produce the awards program. ON DEMAND, the digital printing & automated
production event, is the largest conference and exposition dedicated to the technologies
that personalize, manage, print, and deliver content.
Microsoft Outlook is the most popular tool used by the print shop’s sales team to stay
connected with customers and keep track of contacts, meetings and tasks. However, the
rest of the shop leverages the shop’s Print MIS to capture the same information and to
plan their work. It is very easy for these two environments to become out of step with one
another. This new integration provides automatic synchronization of emails, contacts,
tasks and appointments bi-directionally between Avanti’s Print MIS and Microsoft
Outlook. Sales reps and CSR’s can work remotely and have the confidence they are
