Avanti’s Print MIS receives “Must See Ems” Award at Graph Expo 2008

CHICAGO, October 26, 2008 – Avanti Computer Systems Limited, a leading provider of Print MIS solutions to the graphic communications industry, today announced that their CRM module, which includes a new Marketing Campaign Management component, received a Must See Ems Award at Graph Expo 2008.

Extending the functionality of Avanti’s integrated CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Avanti has added Marketing Campaign Management. Driven off of the same database that is managing all customer contact information, estimates, orders and job costing information of the Avanti Print MIS, this tool gives the Print Shop’s Marketing team an easy-to-use GUI (Graphical User Interface) to allow them to more effectively market to THEIR customer and prospect base.

Functionality includes the ability to:
• Profile and easily filter customers and prospects based on specific criterion (vertical market, revenue and/or profit to the print shop, buying patterns, title, etc) in order to better target campaigns
• Generate lists for exporting to other variable data and email marketing tools in the shop to produce integrated marketing campaigns including emails, telemarketing, PURLS, print material or HTML Newsletters.
• Automatically allocate costs and revenue to specific Marketing Campaigns to determine campaign effectiveness and ROI by tracking leads from initiation to closed business.
