Avanti’s Mailing module provides the tools for Direct Mail companies, marketing agencies and mail houses to automate their workflow and manage their business more effectively. The Mailing module provides accurate estimates of postage, data/list management, envelopes, drops, and packages and efficient scheduling of mail production jobs so that you deliver on competitive pricing and customer satisfaction, while saving on production costs.
All this estimate information is then captured and brought automatically into order entry to prevent re-keying of project and/or job details. In addition, integration with Avanti’s Invoicing/Chargebacks module ensures accuracy and integrity of data for precise billing.
