Purchasing
As a Print company, you need to purchase a variety of materials and outside services to support your production process. Avanti’s Purchasing module allows you to manage your purchases more effectively, putting you in control of your costs and inventory, and, in turn keeping your accounting department on track.
Highlights include:
- Produce and track requisitions, purchase orders and receipts.
- Generate a purchase order “on-the-fly” while creating a job.
- Produce Regular or Blanket Orders for raw materials, for either a specific job or for inventory.
- Allow for non-purchase order receipts or receipts based on purchase orders.
- Reconcile payables against the receipt quantity and the purchase order cost.
